  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Although I follow along with my online uploading of my tasks, I do not often see my tutor which is not very organised and I can get confused or forget questions I want to ask in between times. When I do see her it is really helpful and if possible would like to have seen her more frequently

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot. My managers are all incredibly supportive and I really enjoy being part of this team. There have been times when I have not been happy with the organisation of my apprenticeship as I mention but this has been followed up by my managers and has been resolved to a satisfactory level

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As previous question 4, there is support though it would be better if I saw my tutor more frequently and I have raised this with my managers who then got into contact with my training provider and another meeting was organised. I am 14ish month through my apprenticeship and only now have I heard back from my training provider regarding how I am doing and the progress I am making. I feel like this should be established with them on a monthly or even weekly basis
