I am involved with the team putting together documents for clients and collating information to be sent out to clients using excel, word and powerpoint, searching and finding retail shops in and around central London
I have learnt to measure a shop using a disto, and learnt more computer based skills.
It is ok, the work is not always the most exciting, and I don't feel I always understand everything that is happening, sometimes expected to know more than I do
Very well organised and structured with University and know where I should be and what I should be doing towards the education side of things
HR support is very good, the team support is not as good!
Not much support at all, but if I needed it I would be able to book in time to be able to speak to them about an issue or problem.
It gives an overall understanding of how things work in property, although only certain modules are relevant and may not always correlate to the role within the company at the time
Yes lots, I play for sports team and involved in extra curricular activities and groups
Yes
It is a nice place to work and most people are friendly and helpful, you know your career can progress within the company if you wanted it to.
I would get some work experience within property so you know what to expect, and go to the insight days, or any events they may hold for external people.
