  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My team leader has given me enough time & support during my apprenticeship. This includes time off the phones to complete training/apprentice work, to extra time around sitting our exams to help us prepare. Overall the time allocated to the apprenticeship has been good, but there is a lot to take in for the job itself and more with the apprentice workload too.
