4. How valued do you feel by Thames Water?

4/10

I felt very valued at the beginning of the course, I did/do get recognition from peers and management that i did well in my apprenticship. However the lab apprenticeships do not get the same treatment that the rest of the apprenticeships in the business do. We dont take part in any events that are arranged within the company for apprentice's

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/10

The structure of the course my predecessor and I did was still being tweaked and could have been alot better with workload delivery

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

7/10

MMU provided support (manchester metropolitan university)

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

8/10

Thames water management provided good support. Though there are no gidelines for what support thames water can give as far as study leave. My predesessor and I received no study leave and it had to come out of our annual leave. Any exams or days spent at the university for lab 'residential' weeks (once a year) were 'training' days.
