I deal with a lot of different areas in IT includingBackup severs, building laptops, and genral IT assistance
I have learnt a number of new server technologies such as how to build and maintain a windows domain
There is a lot of exposure to new technologies, as well as oppurtunities to expand my current knowledge on currently know areas such as operating systems
I feel relatively valued - I feel I have the experience to do quite a lot in my job role which allows me to feel relatively confident towards what I'm doing.
I feel it's relatively well set out - the general apprenticeship is much the same as doing it as a day to day job, along with the occasional training set.
Support is not an issue - generally if required I feel comfortable asking for further assistance
I feel the support I recieve from my employer is excellent, should I ever experience issues I feel happy to speak to my manager to discuss them.
Salary I believe is fair
