I am a retail agent in the National Leasing team. I am lucky enough to work on some of the most exciting developments in London including Wembley Park. I work with a variety of top clients and each day varies.
I have learnt the day to day skills required to let a property whether it being creating marketing particulars or drafting Heads of Terms.
I work in a great team. It exceeded my expectations and I really feel valued and a part of my current team.
The programme actually exceeded my exprectations. I work in a team of amazing, friendly and insightful people.
There is a hierarchy in the team of course, but not to the point where you feel you can not speak to those higher up. I've had a casual life update in the lift with the Global President of C&W. Tasks are delegated fairly.
My university tutor is most supportive. We're able to contact him at any time if we have any problems whether they are work related, university related or just general life problems.
The HR Team are incredible. They ensure everything is easily accessible to all the apprentices. They make it known that they are here to support us.
As many of us have just left school we live at home, therefore our salary definitely meets our expectations. With the help of a apprentice and student oyster cards, travel is manageable.
Propety in general is amazing for networking events. As more property companies take on apprentices, there become more opportunities available to us. C&W are also very supportive in helping us host events too.
Yes
1)We need more women in property in general 2)Just an overall amazing experience and a great company to work for
Definitely attend the insight days at C&W if you are able to. The insight day helped me so much and helped me throughout the application process. It also helps to decide if the company is for you.
