  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role consist's of taking care of Client day to day issues , with the support of my manager. For example, answering questions they may have on their lease- a legal docuemnt agreeing to terms of Landlord and Tenant so that the client can focus on rnning their company.

  • I ave Learnt many things , even in the short time beig at Cushman and Wakefield. for example working on projects with other people , accountability for my work and having pride in what i do.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i enjoy the work that i do, my team are very friendly and helpful and very sociable. The company culture is work hard play hard, as in a lot of effort goes into work but also fun - a good balance.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Cushman & Wakefield?
  • I feel valued as an apprentice, most people i've worked with have been very respectfula nd supportive. My mananger is very helpful in my learning process and understands how i work and has made my job more interesting.

  • My training provider, is helpful with most of the course there are resources availabe.

  • I receive alot of support from my Employer, if i need something i just ask once it is reasonable there is always a sit down , thoughts and opinions are appreciated at Cushman and Wakefield.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Cushman and Wakefield do invest in their employees, whether it be further learning , training etc. The atmosphere is also very comfortable.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cushman & Wakefield?
  • Be yourself, and look at the type of employee Cushman's is looking for and play to your strengths. Find expereinces that show you would be an asset to the company as an apprentice.
