  • My job title is a craft apprentice, I am learning to run the laser welder, laser marker, pick and place machine in MEG

  • Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills like my commutation, working with others, learning new things every day

  • I enjoy my work as im learning new things daily, the work is very interesting and the team is very welcoming

  • I feel very valued in work the mangers well help you if you get it wrong, also parse you when you get it right

  • it is organised well with the different departments meeting the information you need with the SVQ work

  • I would say it helps but traveling every day to work and then the fuel wear and tare on the car some months it can be hard
