My job title is a craft apprentice, I am learning to run the laser welder, laser marker, pick and place machine in MEG
Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills like my commutation, working with others, learning new things every day
I enjoy my work as im learning new things daily, the work is very interesting and the team is very welcoming
I feel very valued in work the mangers well help you if you get it wrong, also parse you when you get it right
it is organised well with the different departments meeting the information you need with the SVQ work

I would say it helps but traveling every day to work and then the fuel wear and tare on the car some months it can be hard
