  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • the training provider for hnc level engineer has had some difficulty but this has been no fault of Teledyne who have pushed the provider to improve and has also look for better providers to ensure the deliverer of any college programme is the best it can be. for the degree we had a number of meetings before finding the best provider to help and give support as well as the best course for my role.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • the saleray is a reflection of apprenticeship. although with an hnc 5 years experience and starting degree It would be possible to earn more elsewhere. the main reason for staying is the training the company offers and the development. along side this the work is interesting and its a local company which are all other factors that I consider along side pay
