  • 4. How valued do you feel by Fujitsu?
  • At Fujitsu i feel appreciated by my line manager for the different work that i complete and i gain recognition for doing something. The internal recognition however by senior managers is somewhat mixed as many of them dont know who you are or what you do and although we have roadshows and meetings every 4months or so where we find out about how well we are doing, we rarely hear news on what is happening or who has done what. I get alot of involvement with tasks within our team getting involved in different accounts and activities but there isnt as much involvement from other managers.
