I check the buildings to ensure they comply with H&S legislation and I manage the bookings of restaurant areas in each building.
I have developed my presentation skills as well as improving my confidence with customers. As well as learning new information regarding terrorism and H&S.
I enjoy the fact that I get to go on various courses to learn as well as develop my skills.
I feel valued to the extend that I know time will be saved by me working but someone else can take over my duties for a period of time.
The programme isn't well structured as I have to ask to go on courses instead of courses being suggested for me.
I receive a great deal of support from my training provider as she will answer any question I have within a day usually.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer as I know I can talk to them at any time if needed, especially my manager and the Facilities manager.
My salary meets my costs quite well and can't complain about the amount I'm being paid.
The are little opportunities outside of work as I would only class courses as opportunities outside work, these are fairly rare to take part in. This relates to only tutor run courses.
