    • They put lots of time and effort in to this and we are supported by lots of high level managers.

    • everything is worked out for the three year program and really well structured

    • they have special training managers to support apprentice program

    • Again we have dedicated team to look after trainees

    • Most of the cost is covered by national grid including travel accommodation and food.
