  • Extremely extremely hard work. ALthough many aspects are enjoyable, the apprenticeship does take over your life.

  • I feel valued by my appropriate line managers.

  • Whilst on training courses the program is very organised. When in the office no formal structure has been developed.

  • A significant level of support is offered from members of the Aston team, although some teaching styles needs adapting.

  • When in the office my team offers a large volume of support.

  • Extremely generous.
