Assisting staff of all levels at a city law firm with a variety of matters from selling companies to obtaining urgent injunctions.
Gained an increased insight into life in an office and the day in day out working life of being a solicitor and the different areas of law to practice in.
The programme was superb and lead me to apply for a training contract at the firm in question, where I am now happily working.
I was made to feel very valued, particular when people took the time to provide positive feedback on the work which I had assisted with
The programme was very well structured. We were given appropriate, interesting work as well as opportunities to network internally and attend a client event.
A lot of support was received particularly with work that id never done before and doors were always open.
A good amount of support is provided, particularly given the demands of the business.
Is anyone ever happy with what they are paid?! The money is good but more would always be nice
All sorts of oppertunites to socialise and play sport. A lot of responsibility is given to juniors to allow them to engage directly with clients at business development events.
Yes
Fantastic insight into the work. Nice people and a good balance.
Take time to get your application perfect in terms of typos etc. That makes a huge difference.
