I enjoyed the programme as it gave me an insight how design studios work. How specialities are broken down to individual roles so that expertise can be focused on and how it's all brought together as a team effort
4. How valued do you feel by Blue-Baboon Digital?
I felt part of the team from day 1 having been given reaponisloty and my opinion valued on any new tasks that were going to be carried out. Seeing my work having an effect on the end client made it worthwhile

The programme was very hands on and less of a structure and more learn as you work, this was a downside as materials would have helped from the beginning to overcome some hurdles I had to figure out myself
6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
I receive limited support as it's more of a trial and error workplace, people are always available if stuck but it's encouraged you try resolving the issue yourself to begin with.

Employer helps where ever I need help, again it's encouraged I try resolve the issue myself to begin with so that I have examples what I've tried and learn from what went wroh
7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
All expenses are covered so it's ideal, it's more of experience then it is earning any money to live a luxurious life off, I feel the experience is much more value then any money would be

It's mostly social opportunities but I have also been approached by clients for weekend work, with experience I've gained I've also gathered networking skills for my solo work
9. Would you recommend Blue-Baboon Digital to a friend?
As it's a broad range of experience and it's hands on, not a lot of places give you responsibility from day 1. This is some I enjoy and would recommend to others
10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Blue-Baboon Digital?
When applying be yourself. Have a portfolio of previous work as that speaks louder than words alone, it shows you've tried and capable of wanting to learn more.
