  • I work as a branch manager within Barclays and this involves looking after a team of 20 people.

  • The course has helped me develop my existing skills and understand more about why particular models work

  • I enjoy the programme as it is pushing me to develop myself further

  • The opportunity has been provided by barclays so I feel completely valued by them.

  • It is well structured however it is a lot of work to complete in a short amount of time

  • The university are fantastic at finding out how we feel about the programme and taking on board feedback

  • My employer supports with some Of the time however it is a challenge maintaining work while studying.

  • Salary is sufficient for what we are doing and the company is paying for the training

  • I am Unsure what this question means. The CMI and Degree will be able to support me with external opporunities

  • Yes

  • Barclays is very pro development and will push you to deliver to high standards
