SAP Service Delivery Analyst, Administration of currently SLA's with the ability to determine a potential mitigation where applicable using our own tool known as TFS. I also generate the monthly reports for two of our key accounts which involve work recieved, completed, potential scope of work, money spent and how the work is shared between UK and FCI. I interact daily with the SAP Service Delivery managers for many accounts as I aim to gain an understanding of different ways to approach accounts and gel them to become a better service delivery manager. I also interact with one of our most important clients daily checking on if they are satisfied with the current service, and providing them with explainations from the team and ensuring we provide a quality service.
My knowledge in excel has tripled, and my basic computer knowledge is always growing. I am now able to understand LEAN thinking and hold sessions to help solve workplace issues. I also now have a basic understanding of ITIL and aim to gain certification in both of these areas. I am also recieving internal training in SAP Logsitics and will be involved in projects in the future due to my understanding.
