  • I am a team leader and help manage agents to ensure they do their job correctly. This can involve keeping on top of stats and solving any problems they have such as complaints.

  • Yes I have gained management skills as well as people skills which help me communicate with my team in the correct way.

  • I am really enjoying it especially learning new skills!

  • I feel valued regardless of my young age which is something I thought people would treat me differently on but I am treated equal.

  • It is very organised and I know exactly what I am doing and what I need to work on each week.

  • My training provider makes sure to keep in contact at all times and addresses any problems or worries I have straight away.

  • My manager is great and checks on me frequently to ensure I feel confident in what I am doing.

  • My salary is amazing and I am very lucky to only live 20 minutes away.
