  • Upon completing projects or work from various people, as long as you've completed it to the best of your ability and with high quality- you're made to feel very special! People really do understand that you're new and need contact re-assurance and praise to keep you motivated.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • BPP are decent at reminding us about webinars or study days. You get assigned an Apprentice manager that helps you during your Apprenticeship which I think is quite helpful. They are kind of like yours and your managers 'go to' person.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I live at home so my salary does me very well. The benefits package is excellent! On top of that, working at UBS gets you a lot of perks that you wouldn't get at other companies e.g. discounts/car insurance.

  • 9b. Why?
