  • My current role in my apprenticeship is around leading community projects. I currently get to manage my own diary, but also ensure that I am meeting my objectives within my 121's and personal development areas.

  • Really love it and would totally recommend

  • Quite values, they are putting a lot of time and effort into my experience

  • Not very. Our programme manager is very inefficient and doesn't respond to our queries and questions

  • From our programme manager-None. From our training provider at the university-loads! She is really supportive and is definitely our go to person if we need any help with anything

  • Some-My programme manager within Barclays is not very good at communicating and lacks urgency to answer your questions, or get to know you as an individual

  • Very well. I really value the salary and package that I am fortunate enough to receive

  • Not really. If you want to get involved in something outside of work, it would be your responsibility to do so and to organise yourself

  • Yes

  • Generally good employer Well known brand Training and development opportunities


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Be yourself. Barclays is very much interested in your personality and what you can bring to the company, rather than purely your academics
