  • Very well structured. I'd say more study blocks in year 2 and 3 could prove beneficial though

  • Anglia Ruskin and Lord Ashcroft international business school are incredible

  • Good amount of allocated study time and access to some excellent business mentors

  • Can't fault it

  • Limited CMI events in the north east of England. It would be good to have more opportunity here

  • Very good standard of programme


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Be yourself. If you are honest with yourself about your own values and they align to that of barclays you will enjoy your role. If it's not right for you then our life skills programme can help you be ready for a role that fits you personally.
