  • very valued, the company recognises that we are the future and always listen to us and value our input

  • this is a new process in operations and has its faults but overall we are learning a lot.

  • we attend college twice a week and the tutors are more then happy to help and teach us

  • BAE systems is a great company to work for. it gives you a great opportunity to enhance your skills , gain desirable qualifications and chance to progress into an exciting career.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • spend your time on the application, proof read at least three times to make sure you have no forgot any relevant information. a lot of applications are received and it is vital to make yourself stand out as much as you can.
