  • I have gained a Level 3 in Administration, while learning the Fujitsu processes of Contract Law. Outside of these qualification, I have had a great interaction with the wider business and my general English Language has improved massively. • I really enjoy the work that I am given, there are periods where I am busy and times where I am not busy and can focus on more admin jobs. • 4. How valued do you feel by Fujitsu?
  • I did not feel much value at the start as people would have a better opinion that the one I provided however the more experience you gain the more you feel your opinion matter and the more it is value by the business. My manager trusts me to produce a good standard of work, and involves me in any normal Commercial Manager tasks, and where I am not familiar with the task I am helped through it.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At the start we were new to Commercial and they have never had apprentices before, this made it a difficult start however the throughout the job I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience. The training provider however was poor, the tutor was not helpful but I passed the course. I have weekly, 2 weekly calls with my mentor and monthly meeting with my manager, so I feel supported.
