  • Maintenance engineer- the role will be to ensure all machinery is in working order and fix anything that will need to be fixed and maintain and change any consumables

  • I really enjoy what I'm doing and can't wait to progress in the apprenticeship

  • Regular feedback from them and praise when deserved so I feel valued

  • Well structured, eef Aston timetables just need work as they aren't always accurate and aren't well layed out

  • Easily covers everything and a perfect amount for me as I have moved away from home and can afford it because of this

  • Not to hold back on the interview day and never to not ask for help when needed
