  • The role is fine, I deploy code to live environments.

  • Yes, I now use Unix daily and had never used it before. I'm also doing CCNA1/2.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy working with the team I'm on, I don't enjoy the Apprentice side of things.

  • I'm valued by my team. I wouldn't say I am valued by my manager or as an Apprentice.

  • It depends who you are.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Training from TCAT has been fantastic, they're very helpful and are getting me through qualifications easily.

  • Not much. No proper training courses since I've started.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It's good Apprentice money but as I'm not really feeling part of the apprentice program I'm just a low paid member of staff.

  • They are few and far between.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it's a very good company, the wider Fujitsu is clearly great to work for and is where I want to be in the future.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fujitsu?
  • Don't expect too much too soon.
