I enjoy the reporting bits but not so much tracking and chasing people.
Yes, the reports that I do get praised and are used widely.
Originally was not particularly well structured until I got a new mentor after which it was well organised.
From the second one received all the support I needed.
Most support required comes from my manager, or I am pointed to where I can get it.

Because it has a well developed Apprentice programme which has come a long way since I have been here.
To do some research. It helps to know a bit about the company in an interview, plus this makes it easier to pick things up and learn.
