  • I enjoy getting the work done but staying away from home gets on top of you sometimes.

  • We are told we are valued higly but we rarely see management or get to give ideas.

  • It is well structured but some subjectsdo require more time to be able to finish them to a higher standard.

  • We communicate a lot with our training provider probably more than the company at the moment.

  • The salary is one of the good things about the apprenticeship and a pleased with the increases throughout.
