  • First call operative apprentice this involves being on patch for approximately half the year working with engineers and training in facilities for the other half

  • I enjoy leaning new skills and doing the job on patch with the engineers

  • Yes the engineers treat me as a peer not just an aprentice as well as bt the managers

  • The program changes on short notice sometimes but overall is well structured and we get told about changes as soon as they know

  • The training team help us as much as they can and help us through our training

  • Because it is one of the biggest companies in England and s run very well

  • The work and job is very good and the apprentiship scheme is worth going through
