  • We are based in the training centre at the moment, so I am not sure of my role at the moment. I have been alighned to the Development sector in Civil Large Engines.

  • I am currently based in the workshop, so have learnt many new skills such as turning, milling and welding. I have also developed softer skills: including leadership and more team based roles.

  • I really enjoy my work and am looking forward to seeing where I will end up!

  • I have not started my work placements yet, so am not sure! Time will tell.

  • In some ways, brilliantly. In others not so well! Timetables are an issue at the moment.

  • More than I expected! Our workshop instructors are brilliant. Our college tutors are poor.
