  • My programme I feel is not very organised. Due to us being the guinea pigs for the Trail Blazer programme, everything seems to be done last minute, and trying to get information about future events (Such as, next terms time table) is very hard to obtain.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are always CSR events going on that we are invited to that we can attend. We have also started to help the local community by tidying up a garden for a primary school. This is so the school can once again use the garden for the kids.

  • 9. Would you recommend JLR to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a decent company to work for. If it wasn't because we were the first people on the Trail Blazer scheme, I reckon the course would have ran smoothly, and I would have given a higher rating.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLR?
  • Search what jobs are available, ad see if they are right for you. Try and get information on the subjects that you might be doing and do a little bit of research in them to help you in the year, because it does go quick. The interview stages are relatively easy if you have your head screwed on.
