  • I shadow fully qualified staff and help in day to day maintenace activites to keep our site running

  • Nearly every skill i have todate i have learned through hands on, gaining knowledge

  • I enjoy all my work and team and the people i work/learn with the only downside is traveling

  • I feel valued because i know im the next person in line to be looking after sites like ours and keeping them running for the fututre

  • Its pretty well organised, it could be better, ie more time notice on things

  • We have every support and every type of support we could need or want availble to us 24/7

  • I recivece good support any questions or problems i have they can help me sort them out or point me to the people i need to be asking the questions

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • its very well paid, and our traveling expenses are paid for as well so i cannot complain, as inflation goes up so does our pay so its pretty much linear with the countrys rising costs

  • there are always company events, and activites taking place around the country and its always open to anyone within the company

  • Yes

  • its great to work for and they look after their staff

  • try your best and everything is explained to you in advance
