  • 4. How valued do you feel by JLR?
  • I feel quite valued by Jaguar Land Rover. My supervisor makes me feel valued, however I never see or hear from my manager. It would be nice to see him to find out how he thinks I am progressing.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well organised and structured. The day release for college was well organised and there was adequate time to complete the college courses. I do think the the NVQ3 could have been started a bit earlier to give more time to complete it so there wasn't as much of a rush at the end.

  • 9. Would you recommend JLR to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It's a great place to work, there's always things to do. They want you to better yourself. You can apply for internal vacancy notices and get different jobs within the company. There is also the degree scheme where you can study and work at the same time, supported by the company.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLR?
  • Sell yourself. Use the word count to make yourself shine. Sound big-headed, you need to to let them know all that you have achieved and all you think you can achieve. They want you to do well.
