The Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship focuses on key concepts of customer service and how to apply this knowledge to the workplace. Start developing team-leading skills and improve your understanding of more complex customer service matters.
An apprentice will work full time in our Client Service Online team as a Customer Service Professional to assist our clients with data and software queries. This will include attending college and allocated study time within working hours. The apprenticeship is based full-time in Nielsen’s UK head office in Oxford and a local Oxfordshire College.
The course duration will be 2 years with a combination of multiple choice exams, coursework, presentations and an end point assessment.
In order to be eligible to apply for this apprenticeship, you must have or be predicted to achieve 5 GCSEs A-C or 1-4 or equivalent, including English and Maths.
