Apprentice Business Administrator

As a Trainee Business Administrator, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring of BPS Client inbox and general administration duties
  • Importing Candidates CVs into the application tracking system (ATS)
  • Processing CVs on the ATS and moving them through the workflow
  • Matching CVs to roles on the ATS
  • Creating and coding vacancies on the ATS
  • Own the CV formatting process to ensure that all CVs are in a consistent BPS format
  • Checking CV submittal documents for the correct level of details and any gaps
  • Calling supply chain candidates and validating the information of their CV submittal sheets
  • Completing reference requests from previous contractors
  • Gathering and sending new starter data to Client HR departments
  • Scanning and electronic filing of finance documentation

You will have:

  • Total commitment to successfully completing our Apprentice Learning and Development Programme
  • PC literate (Word & Excel specifically)
  • Flexible attitude to work and travel
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English
  • Excellent organisational skills
