NHS Business Admin Apprenticeships
The NHS Black Country Apprenticeship Academy is currently seeking to recruit 4 Business Administration Apprentices for the following departments:
- Children’s Mental Health
- CAHMS – Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
You will provide administrative support and assist the teams with general office duties such as filing, scanning, typing, data input, photocopying, booking rooms, ordering stationary etc. This is not an exhaustive list of duties; there will be variation dependent upon the business needs of each department.
You must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate with people from a diverse background and age. You will be of a polite and professional manner. Maintaining and upholding patient and staff confidentiality at all times and operate within the local Standard Operating Procedures relevant to your area of work.
This apprenticeship will enable you to develop your knowledge and understanding of a business admin environment, whilst gaining invaluable practical work experience within an NHS Trust.
