Engineering Apprenticeship - Level 3

If you have a knack for problem-solving with a methodical mind, then our Apprenticeship in Engineering is an ideal opportunity to launch you into a rewarding career. Engineers are at the forefront of our new product development that ranges from introducing hundreds of new products each year to launching new business start-ups. You would be providing a high level of support to Bakkavor whilst gaining fault-finding experience and ensuring the efficient and effective running of the business. Working in engineering requires a hands-on and enthusiastic individual with a team player mentality and strong planning abilities.

For this opportunity you will need to have a positive approach and be willing to ‘have a go’. Depending on the site, role and responsibilities, you will be required to work normal office hours or shifts. As you will be working with machinery, you will need good communication skills and be able to adapt well. Combining learning with work-based experience, you will be able to establish yourself within engineering as you will be learning the requirements of a supervisory role. Best of all, upon completing this four year apprenticeship you will be guaranteed a full-time role with Bakkavor.
