We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Content Co-ordinator apprentice to work in our exciting global Sage People content and Product Marketing team, starting in October 2021.

You’ll be responsible for tracking and saving new assets, like eBooks and guides, and working with the global team to package these up and deliver them to regions. You’ll also help refresh these assets regularly, to update them with new marketing messaging and data points.

There will be an opportunity to be creative and get involved in creating new assets and supporting the team on new projects like email campaigns, global events, and other marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, e.g. digital, print and video content as appropriate
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers (including agencies) and partner organisations to support marketing outcomes as required
  • Produce a range of creative and effective communications, including ability to write and proofread clear and innovative copy, project briefs, and give confident presentations
  • Project manage some delivering of projects/tasks/events as appropriate
  • Coordinate several marketing projects to agreed deadlines
  • Effectively use appropriate business systems and software to deliver marketing outcomes efficiently, for example to analyse data, produce reports and deliver copy
  • Use appropriate technologies to deliver marketing outcomes e.g. project management tools.

Must have:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Ability to work with stakeholders on a global and local level
  • Ability to work and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Computer literate
  • 5 GCSEs at grade A-C including English and Maths, or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Previous content experience, either academic, professional or personal.
