How can you change it up?
You’ll be joining one of our busiest teams, playing a vital role processing customer orders and requests. We'll empower you to gain experience and confidence, giving you all the support that you need to succeed. Some of the things you can expect to be doing in this role include:
- Placing, modifying and ceasing all orders
- Ensuring all billing systems and customer bills are accurate
- Input of new customer details and updating existing customer records
- Progressing and monitoring customer orders with our suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and resellers ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions are achieved
- Providing the highest level of customer service by telephone and email in response to customer or billing queries
What will you bring to the role?
You’ll be inquisitive, a natural communicator, who can easily build relationships, using your excellent eye for detail, organisational and communication skills to manage all customer orders and queries.
You’ll have the passion to deliver an excellent customer experience and the drive to succeed and learn.
