Overall Rating

You could be a policy adviser in a central department, the diary manager of a minister, or a paralegal officer at the Crown Prosecution Service. Teamwork and collaboration are essential in all business areas and business apprentices are often an important part of this: organising high-profile meetings, managing communications and preparing key briefings.

While many business roles are office-based, you’re just as likely to be in a customer-facing role such as a work coach in the Department for Work and Pensions or a customer assistant at Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
