What will you be doing?

The Advertising & Media Executive Programme will join the Marketing team here at ViacomCBS to support the team across all brands, to showcasing the best content available, building both reputation and ratings for our amazing channels. With guidance and support from the Senior Brand Manager and marketing team you will actively be involved in all aspects of delivering the marketing communications and campaigns

  • You will get involved in the running of marketing campaigns from receiving briefs, setting objectives, budgets and timescales, whilst work closely with a number of teams within the wider department.
  • be passionate about content and have an interest in developing best in class creative which ensures our brands really stand out from the crowd.
  • develop throughout your time on the programme, and understanding of both adult and youth audiences, how to market to each and how to flex tone of voice to speak to our wide spectrum of genres
  • In this role, you will build a rapport with internal and external individuals, and you will develop strong networking skills
  • be in the know of the latest industry knowledge and future trends, helping you to be prepared, innovative and proactive in your approach to campaigns and creative solutions

What are we looking for?

  • A genuine interest in marketing, creative writing and advertising
  • Eager to collaborate and learn from experience marketing leads on how to run exciting marketing campaigns
  • Someone who we can rely on to use their initiative, get involved and take on exciting tasks to help your development
  • Someone who is a good problem solver or looks out for better ways to do things
  • A real enthusiasm to learn, build relationships and get involved
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced fun environment and can adapt to changing requests
  • Someone who is eager to work with people, in a team but also open to taking responsibility for tasks and able to be relied upon to take on tasks
  • We take pride in maintain and creating an inclusive culture, so we want you to be your true self in the role, work well with diverse teams and collaborative environments
  • We will give you a lot of training but you will need to have some basic IT skills like, Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint/email
