If you’re a self-starter with a resilient, can-do attitude and bags of character you’ll fit right in. Tech experience really isn’t essential in this job. We’re more interested in your brilliant listening skills, how well you interact with people and your ability to collaborate and support your team.
You will be part of a supercharged Home Service Team who work in our customers’ homes and businesses across the UK. You will install, service and demonstrate our incredible TV and broadband products. And once the technical work is done, you’ll be excited to showcase what’s possible in a fun and inspirational way ensuring our customers receive an amazing experience every time.
Our programme offers roles across the UK and, no matter where you join, you’ll get seven weeks of both face-to-face and virtual training to learn the skills and knowledge required for the role. And you’ll pick up the ropes from a mentor by shadowing them for six months of your apprenticeship.

- You will be supported through a Customer Service Qualification
- On completion of your apprenticeship, you will move into a permanent position at Sky.
What we’re looking for
Education - You’ll need a minimum of two GCSEs A* – C (or equivalent grades 9-4).
As part of the apprenticeship, you will be required to evidence if you have already achieved core skills (minimum of two GCSEs A* – C/ 9-4 grades, or equivalent, in English and Maths) through school or further education. If you haven’t achieved them or cannot provide evidence, then you will be required to achieve them as part of the programme.
Travel - A full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

- Flexible worker. You’ll have a set shift pattern, but it may include some bank holidays, evenings and weekends.

All this plus the support of the Early Careers team who will be on hand from your first day through to the start of your post scheme career journey.
