Job Description

We are really proud of our Apprenticeship programmes, offering opportunities across many functions. Our Apprentices make up a vital part of our team and are given real responsibility along with support and coaching throughout the apprenticeship. As a Sage apprentice, you will have an exciting induction event, soft skill training throughout the year dedicated to apprentices, take part in Sage Foundation days to support our charities and even have a party at the end of the scheme to celebrate all of your amazing achievements.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused individual to join the Business Change team as an apprentice to support with the development and delivery of highly effective communications that will support colleagues with adoption of new systems or processes.

Working with the Central Business Change Team, the wider Business Transformation Team, Project/Programme managers and other departments. This role ensures we successfully land projects that enable high levels of adoption by equipping colleagues with the knowledge and ability to embrace the change.

  • Your Sage page updates
  • Co-ordination of quarterly update pack
  • Monthly blog
  • Maintenance of template library

Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Creative and innovative
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Ability to work with stakeholders on a global and local level
  • Ability to work and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Computer literate


  • Competency with video editing software e.g. Camtasia

Technical / professional qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade A-C including English and Maths, or equivalent.
