Business Admin Apprenticeships
Our Business Admin Apprenticeships are here to support our Services division of the business. The Services division are the wheels that keep the Bank turning; their aim is to provide innovative solutions to make our customers experience the best that it can be. And with a high connectivity in the Bank, you will have the opportunity to have a major impact on these areas.
Whilst you will have no direct customer contact, everything that you do in this role will be to deliver high quality processes to improve operational efficiency & customer service by working closely with colleagues across RBS to deliver the solutions to build a better future.
In this role, you will research, collect & analyse data to identify trends, issues, issues, risks & opportunities to improve our operational process & always on the lookout for ways that these can be improved for our customers. You may also get involved in collecting & delivering data in order to understand threats to our key operating systems.
An RBS apprenticeship will offer you a permanent job, training to allow you to develop your skills as well as gain a Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration which you will study for over an 18 month period. You will be allocated a buddy who will support you whilst you work and study. The minimum entry requirements for our apprenticeship programmes are; Maths & English at GSCE Grade C/ National 4 or above.
