Fujitsu’s Business and Administration Support teams are fundamental to the successful running of our business. Therefore, we are recruiting Business and Administration Apprentices into a number of different areas within Fujitsu.

Enterprise Platform Services - Manchester

As an Apprentice within EPS, you will use your effective communication and multi-tasking skills to work to deadlines. You will be trusted to deliver administrative support to our Project Managers, such as setting up and gathering project metrics, maintaining important project documentation and the setting up and running of regular review meetings. In addition you will be involved in our monthly and quarterly finance analysis and submissions, providing support on a various number of toolsets e.g. SharePoint. You will be encouraged to achieve together as part of a supportive team and have the opportunity to work your way as your knowledge and responsibilities grow.

Legal and Commercial - Solihull

Legal and Commercial are responsible for helping to write, negotiate, and manage the customer contracts upon which our business is based. Joining this team will mean you gain exposure to new business; helping to drive and support the agreement of successful deals, and ensuring that contracts are managed professionally and profitably. 

Property and Shared Services - Bracknell

The Property UK&I team deliver the best-in-class property services across the Fujitsu UK & Ireland corporate property portfolio. Through identifying and having a clear understanding of the business requirements, we deliver an excellent office environment and associated property services which supports our drive to reduce operational costs to the Fujitsu UK & Ireland business.

Shared Services provide defined and standardised services to our Business Lines, Sales and Functions. We collaborate with them to ensure that we meet their needs and evolve to support and enable the business. Our Apprentices will provide vital and varied administrative support to teams such as; Security Vetting, Hardware Asset and Business Services. Teams that are ready to welcome and support them and provide the knowledge and skills the Apprentice requires to support their Apprenticeship learning.

Product UK&I – Sales Operations – Bracknell

As a Apprentice within the Sales Operations team, you will support the entire Product business in areas such as change management and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure in Sales Enablement, Bids, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Pricing and Reporting.

The Level 3 apprenticeship scheme is a 2-year scheme providing you the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship whilst working at Fujitsu.

Alongside your day-to-day job role, you will study towards your Level 3 Business and Administration Apprenticeship, which will be delivered by one of our external training providers, WhiteHat. You will also undertake the 24 month modular development programme alongside others within the junior talent community.

Application Requirements:

  • 3 A Levels (grade A-C) or a Level 3 BTEC Qualification (MMM or above)
  • GCSE Maths (grade A-C or level 4 and above)
  • GCSE English (grade A-C or level 4 and above)
  • Due to clearance required all candidates must have been a resident in the UK for the last 5 years
