Customer service jobs open many opportunities from working face-to-face in a branch to working in one of our call centres where you can help make sure our customers' money works as hard as possible. You’ll be required to find solutions to customers financial queries, advising them on ways to make the most of their money, providing the products and services that are right for them. This apprenticeship involves studying the ‘Providing Financial Services Framework’ which will lead to a Certificate in Professional Banking. As a Complaint Handler within the Collections and Recoveries team, you’ll work hard to ensure a fair outcome is achieved. Your passion for delivering excellence will mean our customers leave the call satisfied you’ve done your best to help.
