Property Maintenance Level 2 Apprenticeship - Bristol
Duties will include:
Health and safety compliance
Working safely at heights
Carrying out repairs to a building
Maintaining plumbing and drainage systems
Maintaining electrical distribution in a building
Maintaining plant, safety systems and equipment
Energy, environment and sustainability practices
Maintaining the outside of a building
Using specialist tools and equipment to carry out repairs
General site maintenance.
Training to be provided
You will after successful completion be awarded a full level 2 apprenticeship certificate.
the training will take place in a live environment within the numerous properties that ACH own and manage, alongside off the job training that will train you in the theoretical elements of the industry.

GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4 or above) Desired
The potential opportunities that are available following your apprenticeship are, a full time permanant role with ACH or the ability to work for another housing association.
