Business Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship

On our 18-month apprenticeship, you’ll learn a range of business administration skills and put them to practice in the workplace.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Organising and filing documents
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Managing diaries.

You’ll earn a starting salary of £17,017 (£20,020 in London) and get a range of employee benefits too.

What Will I Study?

The academic part of the apprenticeship is delivered by Damar Training via distance learning.

You’ll learn about a variety of topics, from health and safety to customer service, through online activities and webinars.

What Qualification Will I Get?

When you finish this apprenticeship, you’ll receive a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.

What Are The Entry Requirements?

You’ll need:

  • Five GCSEs at grade A* to C (grade 9 – 4 in the numbered system), specifically Maths and English
  • Three A-levels at grade A* – C in any subject.

What Can I Do After My Apprenticeship?

Your Level 2 Diploma will help you find work anywhere, but many of our apprentices choose to stay on with us.

There are a number of opportunities open to you here after your apprenticeship. You could carry on working as an administrator, or look to progress to a senior or supervisory role.

Your skills could also lead you to a more specialised position in one of our legal teams, or in another area such as customer service or human resources.
