Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship - Scarborough

Providing administrative support to all areas of operations (Reactive repairs, Planned works, M&E and Voids).  Work to include raising purchase orders, scanning and filing documents, processing out of hours time sheets and overtime, sorting daily post, taking payments for handyman work, organising decorating packs for tenants, updating tool asset register.  The role will involve liaising with other members of the team and will provide the successful candidate with a good insight into the Repair and Maintenance function of Beyond Housing

To be an active member of the wider apprenticeship programme at Beyond Housing taking part in various activities and events.

This role will be based at the Scarborough site

Training to be provided

You will complete a level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, Business Administrator.

This will be delivered by YH training.

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Essential,GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential
