In Real Estate we are fully focused on satisfying the needs of our diverse customer base, and look to deliver practical and innovative solutions across the market-leading products and services offered by RBS. The needs of our customers continually change to reflect conditions in the property and financial markets, which means that the Real Estate team remains a diverse and dynamic place to work and to do business. We would expect the role to predominately focus on delivering service excellence to our customers; this could be face-to-face or over the phone, through effective implementation of the banks credit and service processes and making things simple for our customers.
