Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship
Team KNOWHOW Contact Centre, Sheffield
Permanent, full time contract working 37.5 hours per week. September start date.
Salary: £5.00 per hours until week 35 then £7.00 rising to £9.36 upon completion of apprenticeship
Shifts: between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday and 9am to 6pm Sunday

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive can-do attitude to join us as a Customer Service Apprentice. You will be given £5.00 to spend each day in our onsite restaurant and Costa Coffee bar whilst being able to relax in our numerous break out areas.
You’ll be working in our busy Sheffield Contact Centre and be first point of contact for our customers to provide an excellent level of professional customer service on customers post sale repair and support plans and services. Don’t worry if you have no experience in this area as full training and support will be given to you on all aspects of the role as well as achieving a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.
